In my opinion, i think mr. Behrmans will continue to paint it, even if he know his life would be taken as the consequence. Why? Because every human have passions in each particular things. Let us call it "hobby". This passion could drive human to a certain level in which they are willing to sacrifice everything to reach the goal of this desire. Beside, probably this painting could be his art masterpiece.
